Many people just spam click the move button. I'd be curious to know how many actions are actually useful. Good Starcraft players have about 90% of useful actions (according to bwRepInfo). It's very hard to be above 60/70% when you do that many actions.

Spam clicking makes you more active and focused on the game.

Not really, it's just a reflex action, and it can waste you that 1 precious ms while you move instead of using a skill
